BETH BENSON

Beth Benson is a transformative artist who uses installation and bookmaking to tell her stories. She has a thirty-year track record of inventing & re-inventing collaborative galleries and arts education spaces that launch artists on their path toward the careers and community impact they envision for themselves. Her MA degree is in Transformative Art, with a special focus on art and healing, and she has done extensive suicide prevention work with communities that gather around the golden gate bridge. When she’s not in the deep and meaningful end of the ocean, she’s planning Silicon Valley parties for tech companies and organizing global events. She’s our official fairy godmother and is joining the team to help us raise money and awareness so that there can be standing room only audiences and ripples of interest in YOUR film and our festival well beyond the screening days. Beth is partnering with the team to handle pr & marketing as a function of fundraising — and she’ll go first — asking everyone we know for money, in-kind donations, and sponsor dollars.
